TeamHeat where 5Star and I have already recommend them to my family and friends. We were very stuck as our gas boiler broke just as the bad winter weather came however TeamHeat were with us when everywhere else we called were fully booked. They have the staff knowledge and professionalism to get the job done. Paul the owner and his colleague were so friendly, mannerly, polite and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. This was a complex job but they stuck with it and completed the work to a very high standard. A very hardworking team. We are so grateful we used TeamHeat.

Did a great job on installing the boiler BUT... sadly had to look elsewhere for servicing. Four no shows Aug/Sept 2020. No answer to our call on last no show so called from a different number and magically got through. A simple text to say you cant make an appointment is just common courtesy. So what was a good experience turned rather disappointing.

Paul moved an oil tank for us prior to doing up our garden. He called out and gave us a few options as to where we could move it that would be safe and within the guidelines - something I didnt even know about! He moved the tank for us a few days later, drained the tank, built and levelled off a concrete base, refilled and linked back up to the boiler. Was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to have working around the house. Would definitely recommend and will be using him for our servicing.

Avoid if you can. Complete rip off and came 6 hours after expected time. Simply the worst type of service.

Paul came out and did a boiler service and fitted a new shower bar in my bathroom. All in it was 90 which I find very reasonable. He was very flexible as I couldn't be at home when he was free to call but Paul waited on me. He did a quality job and was very courteous & kind. I'd have no hesitation using Team Heat again.
